Pick the Perfect Lab Microscope for Your Application
In nature, Microorganisms are very diverse and with the
naked eye, they cannot be seen. In complexity, the modest laboratory PCB
microscope has grown with subsequent development of technology and has
become more refined, accurate and diverse.
To accurately see different microorganisms, these
instruments are of staple used in labs. Observing their characteristics and
allowing us to magnify the smallest of objects, A general microscope is made up
of various lenses. To magnify and illuminate the sample that is being observed,
these lab microscopes use light and are also called light microscopes.
Broad classification of these light microscopes is as
follows:
- Darkfield microscopes.
- Bright field microscopes.
- Fluorescence microscopes.
- Phase contrast microscopes.
The capability of magnifying an object from five to a
hundred times its size is available in the ordinary light microscope. To
examine body fluids and blood samples, these microscopes are used in medical
laboratories to identify the presence of bacteria or infections and determine
diseases, etc. with the general light or digital microscope, the
presence of other harmful microorganisms or parasites in the body can also be
determined.
Polarized microscopes are another category of microscopes. A
polarized microscope works as a conjunction of the two elements of analysis and
polarization and is the advanced version of a light microscope. Allowing the
light of a particular wavelength to pass through it, the polarizer in the
microscope is combined by the analyzer. It is combined in a manner that a
pattern is exposed.
As it helps them examine crystals, minerals, and liquids, a polarized microscope is of great use to geologists. By forensic scientists and
researchers, these microscopes are used extensively apart from that as it has
the capability to identify the presence of other lethal chemicals, poison
contaminants or prevailing diseases and detect chemicals in the blood serum.
When in a three-dimensional angle objects need to be viewed,
the stereo microscope is of extreme use. Set at different
angles, this laboratory microscope has two objectives and therefore a
three-dimensional image is provided by it. Through this microscope, dissection
and detailed examination of specimens can be easily seen.
